One man has died and another person is in custody after a fatal car crash in Monmouthshire.

Deputies say a possible street race turned fatal overnight when a motorcyclist lost control of his bike while trying to kick the driver of a Mazda Miata.

HELENA - A 17-year-old Helena boy who received a deferred prison sentence after a rollover crash that killed his teenage passenger admitted Thursday that he used drugs. He now faces prison for violating his probation.
